My name is Jill Elaine, hello! I am a happily married woman living in the southern United States. I love books, movies, and television from lots of different genres. I love knitting and crocheting, I like baking, and I enjoy traveling. I love snow! I am a witchling, under the guidance of a dear friend. I love sitting on my porch drinking coffee, lemonade, or a boozy drink.
I have several Pinterest boards which I continuously edit and draw inspiration from. I have numerous DIY projects and seasonal crafts that I am working my way through. I do have spells of honesty about my skills and motivation levels, which result in Pin purges. I enjoy making items for and living in my home, not cleaning my house.
My husband and I do not have biological children. If and when I refer to a kid, they will be nieces and nephews, and children of cousins. I love playing video games and card games with them, until they try cheating 🙂 The best part of Adulting Other People’s Kids is seeing how their minds work, showing a positive marriage, and telling them stories about their parents’ childhood.
I want to share my experiences and knowledge with others. I hope to inspire someone to try something new or pick up a project that is waiting patiently for more attention; you can do it. I might confuse you with my phrasing, if so call me on it and make me explain myself. I might anger you with my opinions, however these opinions are mine as a result of my life experience and understanding. I hope to inspire a smile or laugh. I want to make your life a tad easier and more joyful.
